The reporting problem
Attendance is not an outcome
“12,000 children reached” is a number about your spending, not about them. Funders and auditors are increasingly asking for evidence of change rather than evidence of activity, and reach figures do not survive that question.
Learner-level records make the harder version reportable: not how many attended, but what each of them can now demonstrate.
