About this role

What the job actually involves

You'd run robotics sessions for the Islamabad campus's core cohorts directly, and split the rest of your week mentoring newer instructors through their own certification. This is a senior delivery role — the person other instructors ask when a session goes sideways.

Every instructor completes safeguarding vetting before their first session, not their first term; that check has to be current before you can be scheduled at all.

Responsibilities

Deliver robotics sessions for core Islamabad cohorts
Mentor and sign off newer instructors through their certification
Feed classroom observations back to the curriculum team
Cover the Teacher Certification convening sessions when scheduled

Requirements

3+ years teaching or instructing in robotics, engineering or a related STEM field
Comfortable managing a room of 15–20 students independently
Willing to complete and maintain current safeguarding certification

Nice to have

Prior experience mentoring or training other instructors
