About this role

What the job actually involves

This is an operations role, not a teaching one, though you'll be in the building while sessions run. You'd own the schedule, coordinate instructor cover when someone's out, and be the first point of contact when something on-site needs a decision the same day.

Reports to the Rawalpindi site lead, with close coordination with the safeguarding and scheduling systems the delivery team already runs on.

Responsibilities

Own the weekly delivery schedule and instructor rota for the Rawalpindi site
Coordinate instructor cover, including verifying safeguarding checks before any assignment
Be the on-site point of contact for parents and partner schools during session hours
Track kit and consumable stock, flagging reorders before a session is short

Requirements

1+ years in an operations, scheduling or programme coordination role
Comfortable making same-day decisions without waiting for sign-off on routine calls
Based in or able to relocate to Rawalpindi
